COMMISSION FINALITY & UNVEILING PROTOCOL

Where every creation is made-to-order, and every commitment is absolute.

Last Updated: May 2026

1. SCOPE & THE REDBUTAN STANDARD This Commission Finality & Unveiling Protocol (“Protocol”) governs all acquisitions made through Redbutan Global (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Redbutan”, “the House”). By commissioning a piece with Redbutan, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you are not engaging in a standard retail transaction, but rather entering into a binding agreement for the bespoke engineering and artisanal forging of a hyper-luxury masterpiece.

To safeguard the rarity of our materials and the integrity of our master artisans, this Protocol strictly enforces our policies regarding payment finality, synthetic media representations, and our exclusive handover process.

2. THE ABSOLUTE NO-RETURN & NO-REFUND POLICY Redbutan pieces are monumental feats of engineering, single-cast from CAD, and crafted strictly on a made-to-order basis for the individual who commissions them.

  • Final Sale: Once an RTGS payment is settled and a commission is formally accepted by the House, the sale is absolutely final.

  • No Cancellations: Because rare materials are immediately allocated and bespoke production begins upon payment, there is no "cooling-off" period or cancellation window.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances (including change of mind, sizing discrepancies, or gifting purposes). This policy is non-negotiable.

3. EXCLUSIVE RTGS SETTLEMENT & PAYMENT FINALITY To ensure the security and finality required for ultra-high-net-worth commissions, Redbutan operates exclusively via Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).

  • The House does not accept credit cards, debit cards, third-party payment apps, or standard e-commerce gateways.

  • By initiating an RTGS transfer, the Client acknowledges that the funds are irrevocable. Any attempt to forcefully dispute, recall, or reverse a settled RTGS payment will be treated as financial bad faith and a material breach of contract.

4. VISUALIZATION VS. PHYSICAL REALITY (THE ILLUSTRATIVE MEDIA SHIELD)

To protect our physical materials prior to a confirmed commission, Redbutan utilizes high-fidelity digital twins, cinematic videos, and synthetic media to showcase our design architectures.

  • Strictly Illustrative Media: It is expressly stated that all designs, renders, and videos across our website, social media channels, and all external platforms are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Inherent Physical Variations: We explicitly disclaim any guarantees that the final physical piece will be an exact visual match to the digital media. The actual physical masterpiece may exhibit changes in micro-detail, color, or light-play. These variations are an inherent and necessary result of the complex combination of design engineering, single-casting dynamics, metallurgy, precious gemstone and natural diamond selection, and the handcrafted nature of the final setting and finishing process.

  • Objective Truth: The final physical masterpiece is crafted to fixed design blueprints. The sole binding contractual obligation of the House is to deliver the piece in exact accordance with the objective material and technical specifications (e.g., gold weight, gemstone grading, hallmarking) confirmed in your written Technical Dossier during the private consultation. Subjective aesthetic expectations or comparisons to illustrative media do not constitute grounds for dispute.

5. THE SURAT EXCLUSIVE UNVEILING (NO SHIPPING) Redbutan operates with absolute discretion and risk-elimination. There is no courier, no postal shipping, and no third-party delivery for any Redbutan masterpiece.

  • The Handover: All pieces are unveiled and transferred exclusively in Surat, Gujarat, India, either through a Private Unveiling Ceremony or an Office Handover.

  • Transfer of Risk: Ownership, liability, and risk transfer to the Client only at the moment the Provenance Log is signed in Surat. Redbutan bears no liability for the piece once it leaves the Surat premises.

  • Identity Verification: Strict PAN and Government ID verification matching the original commissioning details are mandatory at the time of unveiling. Unverified delegates or nominees will be refused access to the piece.

6. QUALITY ASSURANCE & DEFECT RELIEF Every Redbutan creation undergoes rigorous, multi-stage inspection by senior bench jewelers and our dedicated Quality Assurance team prior to the Surat unveiling.

  • Because pieces are handed over in person, the Client (or their authorized, verified representative) will inspect the piece during the Unveiling Ceremony.

  • By signing the Provenance Log and taking physical possession of the masterpiece in Surat, the Client confirms that the piece is free from defects and perfectly matches the agreed-upon Technical Dossier.

7. AFTER-SALES HERITAGE SUPPORT While returns are strictly prohibited, Redbutan is committed to the longevity of your investment. We offer lifetime after-sales heritage support for our registered collectors, including routine polishing, prong integrity checks, and maintenance (subject to the House’s technical assessment).

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & JURISDICTION This Protocol forms an integral part of the Redbutan Terms of Service. It is governed exclusively by the laws of India. By commissioning a piece, the Client irrevocably agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Surat, Gujarat, India.
