Selected Masterpieces are issued under fixed caps (e.g., 12 only, 20 only) as numbered series. Redbutan does not operate as mass inventory.
Provenance discipline
Provenance is not a story. It is documentation and custody discipline: hallmarking and applicable certification scope confirmed at commissioning, with a House dossier issued at transfer.
Private acquisition (Surat-only)
Redbutan does not ship High Jewelry like retail. Ownership begins through a private atelier-to-collector transfer in Surat—where inspection, provenance issuance, and acceptance occur in one controlled moment.

Entry is through Request Consideration. Not every request is accepted. Fit, intent, and alignment with the maison matter.

Every Redbutan work is commissioned. Production begins after payment confirmation and acceptance of commissioning terms.
Surat-only handover (no shipping)
Redbutan uses a Surat-only atelier-to-collector transfer by private appointment. We do not ship High Jewelry via courier.
Payments
100% advance via bank transfer (RTGS). Payment instructions are issued only after Request Consideration is accepted.
All sales final
Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final once crafting begins. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.
Collector Verification
Collector verification may be required prior to acceptance and at handover to protect custody and provenance integrity.
